UPDATES FROM OUR STAFF

Greetings from the Alaska Women’s Campus! With the thawing and refreezing, our property seems like a giant ice rink! 

We would like to send love, gratitude, and prayers out to all of our amazing donors here in Alaska and across the country. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to do God’s work here at the Women and children's center. We hope you all had a Merry Christmas and are enjoying the new year!

One thing we hold dear here at the women’s center is the power of prayer; Especially corporate prayer. One of our staff needed emergency surgery and the house came together to pray over her. Their prayers were heard and she is back to work as good as new!

SLED FOR HOPE

We definitely have an unusual prayer request…WE NEED SNOW! Mother nature is certainly confused right now as Florida beaches have snow and we don’t!! As always, we are trusting The Lord to bring the snow for this amazing fundraising event we have each year.

Mark your calendar for March 15th and join us for sledding, food, fellowship, and of course…hot cocoa!

SUPERTHRIFT GRAND OPENING!

Join us Feb 15th at 1 pm to our Super Thrift Store Grand Opening! Come celebrate, have a cupcake and enjoy discounted shopping and maybe win a prize!

HOW YOU CAN HELP

Pray: Your prayers are powerful! Please pray for our students, staff, and upcoming events as we continue to bring hope to those battling addiction.

Give: Consider making a financial gift to support our ministry. Every donation helps us provide housing, education, and care for our students. Visit our website or contact us for more information on how to give.

Volunteer: We are always looking for volunteers at our thrift store, to assist with events, mentorship, and various projects. If you’d like to get involved, please reach out to us—we’d love to connect with you!

STUDENT SPONSORSHIP

We would love for you to sponsor a student. Please join our community of monthly partners by sponsoring one of our students for $45/month:  

1. Your contribution will help provide some of the financial fuel needed to cover the cost of a student’s 24/7 care.
2. You will receive testimony updates and witness the transformation taking place in the life of one of our students.
3. Your engagement in this program encourages our students to keep pressing in and doing the hard work to change!
