January marked a time of new beginnings. As we step into the fresh start this year brings, we are filled with a sense of anticipation and hope. The beginning of this new year was a time to reflect on the past, celebrate our achievements, and set our sights on new goals and opportunities to come. |

Welcoming fresh beginnings of 2025, many of our men took a bold leap of Faith, diving into the icy waters of Coeur d’alene Lake ! There's no better way to kick off the new year than by challenging ourselves, embracing new experiences, and coming together for a cause that matters. The Polar Plunge symbolizes our commitment to face challenges head-on.This daring act is not just about the thrill of the plunge, but about uniting for a purpose—helping those in need and spreading hope and warmth to everyone around us. Help us celebrate our men that dive into this new year with courage, enthusiasm, and a heart full of hope.

Reardan Pres. Christmas Party |

|
We are deeply grateful for the incredible love and hospitality shown to our men year after year by our community. This month our Men gathered at Reardan Presbyterian Church for our annual gift exchange and potluck party. Our men lifted up voices of praise singing songs for the congregation while the church shared generous gifts and warm hospitality, making a profound impact on their lives, bringing joy and hope to each of our men this season.
Thank you, Reardan Presbyterian Church, for your faithfulness, continuous love and generosity. You are making a real difference in the lives of those we serve, and we are eternally grateful. |

The successful completion of our Life Renewal building stands as a testimony to God's faithfulness and the power of prayer.
As we celebrated the ribbon-cutting ceremony for our new building, we are reminded of the incredible journey that brought us to this moment. The outpouring of generosity, time, and resources from our community has been nothing short of remarkable. Every contribution, big or small, has played a vital role in turning this vision into reality. Throughout this journey, we have witnessed God's hand at work, guiding us and providing for our needs every step of the way. From the initial planning stages to the final construction, His blessings have been evident. This new space will allow us to expand our services, reach more individuals in need, and create a greater impact on our community.
Together, we have built not just a facility, but a beacon of hope and transformation for all those we serve. Thank you for being an integral part of this journey. Your support and faith have been the cornerstone of our success, and we look forward to continuing this incredible mission together.

STUDENT HIGHLIGHT: Meet Jesse |
|
|
I was raised in a Christian church, but I truly didn’t understand what Jesus really gave. When the 10 commandments were given I would feel guilt and shame until the veil was removed February 28, 2013. That is when I realized that the 10 commandments were there to show us that we are in need of a Savior. In a small Bible study in a county jail I said a small prayer,” Lord if You’re real I can’t do this.” On my way to a 5 year prison sentence for battery on a police officer, I would then understand authority as I never have, since my father was never there. Being released from prison; I was able to move in with my father, where I got to get to know him a few years sober. My father ended up passing away which created some hardships where I ended up homeless. I ended up meeting a woman who became my wife. I married not understanding how Christ loves the church. So I am here at Adult and Teen Challenge learning how to grow into that. Since being here I am really learning my true identity of who God says I am and I am not defined by my past. My trauma is not my fault, but my healing is my responsibility. So being transparent with others and vulnerable by bringing things to the light brings
healing. Secrets keep you sick, and you are only as sick as your secrets. I am set free in Christ Jesus name; Amen!!!! |
