CAMPUS UPDATES

Winter has set in. Activities have slowed. Studying God’s word and God transforming lives has not.

“Oh, that we might know the Lord! Let us press on to know Him. He will respond to us as surely as the arrival of dawn or the coming of rains in early spring.” Hosea 6:3 (NLT)

In January we had a wonderful day out at Black Bear Diner fundraising. The staff was great and the diner was busy. Thank you to all who came out and supported ATC.

Our Bowl of Hope is quickly approaching on February 9. If you haven’t signed up for a team, to support, or to make a donation please do. The afternoon will be a great and fun-filled time of bowling and fellowship. If you need assistance or any more information please call the center.

Our next Open House will be in March. Make plans to stop by for a visit and to see what God is doing and how you can be a part.

STUDENT HIGHLIGHT:

Zahara

I am Zahara and I am 18 years old.  When I was 3 1/2 my birth dad died from an aneurysm.  After he died I went to live with his best friend that I called Grandma.  Soon after, I moved to Alaska with her and moved in with her  daughter and granddaughter.  They had many arguements and one day they escalated and Grandma and I moved.  I had never been  to church until I lived with my Grandma.  I loved going.  I loved the music and learning in Sunday School.  Today I have grown in my relationship and communication with my mom.  I work through problems and conflict with others appropriately.  My mom and I communicate without fighting at all.

STUDENT SPONSORSHIP

As a student sponsor, you are able to send letters, bless them with gifts on their birthdays or other holidays, pray for them to encounter Jesus, and attend their completion night. This student sponsorship program allows individuals the opportunity to participate in the lives of our students.

We want to say thank you to those who signed up last month!

UPCOMING EVENTS

Our Bowl-a-thon is on the 9th. Come out to see us. Look for the date of our next Open House in March.

CAMPUS NEEDS LIST

We still need to have additional laundry facilities added. Our desire is to expand these facilities with the proper electrical outlets and drainage for our donated appliances and adding them to the present facility.

Thank you so very much for partnering with our ministry in Twin Falls. We appreciate how together we are making a difference in these women and their families’ lives. It continues to bless our staff with the ability to watch the transformation of the lives of these ladies.
