Our Director

Kathy Rither

Kathy completed her BA in Education through EWU, did graduate studies and taught bilingual education in the Tri-Cities. On weekends, Kathy began visiting the local jails and seeing the needs of women we now define as trafficked. Kathy began a jail ministry which affiliated with Northwest Teen Challenge in 1980. This group became Tri-Cities Women’s Jail Outreach under Adult & Teen Challenge PacWest and now has a team of 28 trained volunteers focused on bringing new life to women in jails, in prisons by correspondence, and in our local community.
