“I volunteered for the Spiritual Emphasis Retreat at the Washington Family Ranch. It was fun to get back into the busy food prep experience for a few days and to help out for such a great cause. Exploring the camp in between shifts, taking part in some of the many available activities, talking with some of the ‘students’ and staff, eating the delicious meals, and joining in on a bit of some of the sessions was nice as well. The best part of my experience was the privilege of getting to watch my son, Kyle Peters, receive his one year program completion certificate (2022)! He also completed his one year internship program in 2023! I would like to encourage anyone reading this to prayfully consider volunteering for this year’s Spiritual Emphasis Retreat if you have not done so yet. You will be blessed by volunteering & will be able to see and experience first hand what God is doing in the awesome ministry of Adult & Teen Challenge.”
