Our Comprehensive Approach

We are a faith-based residential discipleship program with the purpose to restore hope to those who suffer from addiction as well as other serious, life-controlling issues.  We help people to become mentally sound, emotionally balanced, socially adjusted, physically well, and spiritually alive.

Residential Recovery

Putting Hope Within Reach through long-term discipleship

Transformation

Students’ identities are rebuilt upon the knowledge of who they were created and chosen to be – Children of God.

Reconciliation

Students are shown a model for forgiveness and repair. Relationships and hope for the future are restored.

Faith

Faith is believing in God for the impossible. Students learn how to invite God to help them overcome their life-controlling problems.

Vocational Training

We were created to be productive

Life Skills

Our students are gaining real-world experience and applying biblical principles during their daily lives.

Stewardship

Students learn how to manage God’s resources with excellence every day in the program.

Teamwork

Teamwork is serving together in unity, and is at the core of our vocational training.

Outreach

Delivering hope beyond our walls

Compassion

Like the Good Samaritan, we are meeting tangible needs in our communities.

Evangelism

Declaring the Word of God to the hopeless and introducing them to the hope found through Jesus.

Discipleship

Conducting community discipleship groups throughout the region.

Prevention

Delivering the Decide 2 Impact Prevention Program to local youth.

Behavioral Health

Full spectrum, state certified, Christ-centered behavioral health services.

Mental Health

Some common mental health disorders found in chemically dependent people include mood and anxiety disorders. Our professionals help treat these and other disorders common to our students.

Substance Abuse

Students learn about physiology of the addicted brain, CBT, goal stepping, healthy lifestyle choices, safety seeking, trigger prevention, and proven therapy models.

Case Management

An assessment provides a treatment starting point. Level of care is established, and is communicated through a treatment plan. All aimed at a successful transition back into the community.

Our Program at a Glance

Curriculum

Our faith-based program allows us to present numerous topics that expose, challenge, and direct men and women out of their addictions and into their recovery, while earning a certificate of graduation.

Program Cost

We charge an intake fee of $500 at the time of admission to the program. Our organization is funded through the generosity of our communities, our vocational training program, and support from friends and family. We are committed to helping anyone we can, regardless of their financial resources.

Not Coed

Our Mens’ and Womens’ campuses do not share facilities nor geographic proximity. We are committed to protecting our students’ spiritual progress.

Not a Medical Facility

Admission to the program requires that the student be fully detoxed before arriving. We do not currently have the capacity for medical care. If there are ongoing medical issues, please discuss with an intake coordinator.

Freedom From Bondage

Adult & Teen Challenge focuses on establishing and/or restoring a student’s relationship with Jesus Christ, in order that the student break the chains of bondage from addiction to drugs, alcohol, or from other life-controlling issues.
