Located in Gladstone, Oregon, the Portland Women’s & Children’s Campus is a faith-based residential recovery program dedicated to helping women and their children overcome addiction and other life-controlling issues. Currently undergoing extensive renovations, the campus will provide a safe, supportive environment where families can heal, grow, and build a foundation for lasting freedom. Scheduled to open in Fall 2026, the campus will have the capacity to serve 36 women and their children and will include a community-facing daycare center designed to support both campus residents and local families.

Our Director
Breanne Howard
Breanne Howard has faithfully served with Adult & Teen Challenge for the past 18 years in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Portland Women’s & Children’s Campus Director. With deep family roots in ministry and a passion for family restoration and child development, Breanne has long carried a vision to create a place of healing and hope for women and children, a vision she is now seeing come to life!
Breanne holds a BA in Social Work and is currently pursuing her Teen Challenge ministry credentials. She has a deep love for learning, reading, hospitality, and serving alongside her husband, Josh, who is also involved in the ministry. Together they live in the country with their three children, two Goldendoodles, and a flock of chickens, and are involved in their church community.
